• Participant and/or Guardian’s full name, address, email address, telephone number

• Participants age, date of birth, gender identification, clothes sizes, special requests, class observations

• Participants relevant medical information, physical abilities & disabilities, SEN needs

• Marketing preferences, or other data you may provide in the course of participating in surveys, competitions etc.

Use of Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, to communicate with our users, and to respond to inquiries and requests. We may also use information to analyze how our website is used and to improve our website and services.

We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties, except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Use of Images on Social Media

We may take photographs or videos of children participating in our classes. We may share these images on our website or social media accounts (currently only Facebook). We will only share images with parental consent. Parents can provide consent by completing our registration form here. We will not use a child’s name or other identifying information in conjunction with an image unless we have received parental consent.
